  • How do I place an order?

    Orders may be placed by visiting at showroom in Raleigh or by contacting one of our lighting specialists by email or phone. As of right now, we do not offer online ordering. - Coming Soon

  • When will my order arrive?

    In stock items are generally available for pick up within 24 hours, but special-order items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.

    All lead times are estimated and subject to change based on backorders, discontinued items, etc. We highly recommended speaking with one of our lighting specialists before placing your order.

  • How will I receive my order?

    All orders are free for pick up at showroom location in Raleigh. Carrier shipping is available for an additional cost anywhere inside the continental US.

    Our lighting specialists would be happy to further discuss our order pick up and shipping policies.

  • When do I pay for my order?

    All special-order items must be 100% paid in full at the time of ordering.

    We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CASH, or CHECK

  • What is your return policy?

    If you wish to make a return, our return policy allows for the return of un-installed items, including their original packaging, within 30 days of pickup or delivery.

    Please contact your lighting specialist at our showroom by calling (919) 231-8455 to request further return instructions.

    - For faster service, please have your order number ready prior to calling. Order numbers can be found in the top right-hand corner of your order acknowledgement, or pick up ticket.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • All special order and non-stock returns are subject to a restock fee.
    • All returns must include original packaging and boxes.
    • All returns and parts must be uninstalled and unaltered. Any altered or installed fixtures may be ineligible for return.
    • Custom orders and custom designed fixtures are ineligible for return.
    • All clearance, final sale, or marked down merchandise are ineligible for return.
    • We do not refund installation costs. Please review and confirm all items prior to scheduling your electrician.
  • My item is damaged or defective. What do I do?

    Defective items happen, and we understand that. If you have discovered a defect or damage to your product, contact a lighting specialist at Raleigh showroom (919) 231-8455 to request a replacement. We will be happy to help!

  • I changed my mind. Can I cancel or change my order?

    If you wish to cancel or change your full or partial order, please contact us at (919) 231-8455 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a cancellation will be approved. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be processed as a return. *SEE ABOVE RETURN POLICY.

  • Where is my order? How do I check my order status?
