• Establish "builder's profile"- anything required on a consistent basis is input into our database for reference house after house.   Each house can be treated individually if need be.
• Arrange business charge account setup if desired.
• Take off - fixture count and style/type analysis of the house.
• Coordinate homebuyer and showroom appointments on presales.
• Arrange delivery to spec and presale houses
• Delivery follow-up: daily walkthrough with electrician to ensure all fixtures and incidentals are present and undamaged until trim out is complete.

Showroom: large selection of designs and styles from popular manufacturers

• Expert design consultant is assigned to your company to ensure consistent results(builder's profile) house after house
• Design consultant works with homebuyers on presales
• Lighting packages and custom design available

Delivery: when you need it

• Trucks leave the warehouse at 7:00 am Monday through Friday - afternoon deliveries available also
• Excellent complete order fill rate on first delivery
• Fixtures and bulbs are tagged and placed in appropriate rooms (spreading)
• Delivery personnel check entire house after spreading to ensure all fixtures are present
• Any items inadvertently missed are delivered ASAP
• We supply keyless' for any "special order" fixtures not in yet
